• Experience Required:3 to 5 Years in Real Estate Sales
• Salary:₹25,000/- to ₹40,000/- per month + Attractive Incentives
• Job Location:8Square Group – Gokuldham Near Ghorawadi Railway Station, Talegaon Dabhade.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who can handle client interactions professionally and contribute towards achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage real estate sales leads
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
• Handle client queries and resolve concerns effectively
• Follow up with prospective clients for deal closures
• Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with the Team Lead
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers for future business opportunities
