Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Call customers from provided leads/database

Explain project details to customers

Understand customer requirements (budget, location, 2BHK/3BHK, possession timeline, etc.)

Generate site visit appointments

Follow up with interested customers regularly

Maintain customer data in CRM/Excel

Coordinate with sales team for visits and closures

Handle WhatsApp communication and basic customer queries

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Marathi

Convincing and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of real estate projects

Confidence in cold calling

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
