Required Sales Officer For Metro Market - Lending

Job Location - Pune (Hadapsar, Katraj, Kothrud, Pimpri, moshi, camp road, MG road etc)

Product: Metro Market

Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent HDB Finance at Open market about Emerging market.

2. Achieve monthly targets for logins and disbursements.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

4. Educate customers about product features, Personal loan, Business loan, Gold loan and Loan against property there eligibility, documentation and repayment terms.

5. Collect and verify customer documents as per policy.

6. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Basic knowledge of financial products and lending process

3. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

4. Target-oriented with ability to work under pressure

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

2. 0–3 years of experience in sales (Freshers may also be considered)

Salary: ₹16,200 to ₹19,100 gross + incentives, PF, and additional benefits.
