Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
