Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and generating leads to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Explain company products/services clearly
  • Handle inbound customer queries professionally
  • Generate leads and follow up regularly
  • Maintain call records and update CRM
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
  • Prior experience in telecalling/sales
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
