Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services
  • Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update customer databases regularly
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
