Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities and support finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain sales, purchase, and bank entries
  • Prepare GST invoices and E-way bills
  • Handle GST, TDS, and basic tax calculations
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare MIS reports and Excel data
  • Assist in monthly closing and audit work
  • Follow up for pending payments from clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting concepts
  • Knowledge of Tally, SAP, or accounting software
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication and email drafting skills
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
