Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders, translating those needs into functional solutions, and ensuring that the applications operate efficiently within the organizational environment. Collaboration with team members and other departments to refine application features and troubleshoot issues is a key part of your daily activities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and configuration standards.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application development tasks.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within Workday environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
