Job Description

We are looking for a Female Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting activities for our transport business.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end accounting in Tally
  • GST data preparation and reconciliation
  • TDS calculation and related accounting entries
  • Customer invoicing and billing
  • NEFT/RTGS payment processing
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Vendor payment management
  • Maintaining accounting records and reports
  • Coordination with CA and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting operations
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and banking transactions
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred
