Associate - Field Service

For repair shop

1. Repairing of the field Return PCB’s & Modules for DB/ENPP/ENPI mfg. Models. Do all Oracel transions
2. Testing done which PCBs received form vender/004 organization for sale order or service support  
3. Responsible to close the  Customer & office Property PCB’s/Modules within target dates, as per the schedule issued to achieve the CIP & Objective.
4. Technical support 
5. Analysis to be done on the defective PCBs / System, which are repeated in nature. Mail to be generated with the history details & forwarded to all concern to avoid the further failures. List down all such failures.
6. Submit the failed components to IQC, which are found, failed during INPROCESS REPAIRING ACTIVITY, especially in case of under warranty UPS Systems. 
7. Responsible analysis on the PCBs, which are not worked at site after repairs.
8. Visiting breakdown calls across the India, as & when failure occurs & for the Modifications purpose if required. 
9. Responsible to verify the communication of the all PCs with respective testing tables.
10. Review on cal due equipment’s like soldering iron,Oscilloscope, digital meters & problematic equipments. 
11. Maintain the 5S Environment
