Job Description:

We are hiring Computer Hardware Service Engineers for our HP Authorized Service Center. This is a field work where candidates will handle diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of HP laptops, desktops, and all-in-one systems.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot HP laptops, desktops, and AIO systems

Perform hardware repairs, part replacements, and upgrades

Handle in-center| onsite repair and testing

Coordinate for spare parts and warranty processes

Update job status and communicate with customers

Ensure timely and quality service delivery

Eligibility Criteria:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Computer/IT (preferred)

Good communication and customer handling skills
