ROLE:

Associate Project Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Sr.Project Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
 A graduate with at least 05 to 10 years of experience preferably in manufacturing Industry.
 Additional certifications or qualifications in project/Office administration will be an added advantage.
 Must have sound knowledge in Office communication, Formal communication (Commercial letter drafting)
 Shall have good exposure in Legal and contractual documents review and provide suitable inputs for these documents.
 Hands-on experience in Basic Office computer software.
 Must be capable of aligning with customers and other project stakeholders and perform in the best interest of the organization.
 Must be capable of reviewing manufacturing drawings and providing inputs
 Good communication skills with sound writing and spoken skills in English.

REQUIREMENTS:
 Maintaining Project Details in Project Folder
 Project Document Management
 Follow-up with Documentum for the for the document releases to supplier/client.
 Validation of Client POs with KBR Law Department
 Preparation of job set-up and financial set-up form.
 Maintaining Cash Inflow Log
 Responsible for client invoicing, Follow up and collection.
 Maintaining the filled check lists for various gates for PEQ Execution Process flow Diagram for new Projects.
 Maintain Charge code details for all PEQ projects. For all locations (HOC/ITC/LTC/BTC) and log of chargeability.
 Coordination on shipping documents
 Compiling data on site deputation and communication with HSE.
