Automobile Sales Executive

Job Summary

AK Motors is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Vespa and Aprilia dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, conducting product demonstrations and test rides, and delivering an exceptional ownership experience. The role requires a passion for automobiles, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in and online customers at the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Vespa and Aprilia models.

Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test rides.

Generate and follow up on sales leads from showroom visits, digital inquiries, references, and events.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing, insurance, and accessories to customers.

Coordinate with finance and insurance partners to facilitate vehicle purchases.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

Build long-term customer relationships through timely follow-ups and after-sales support.

Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, rider meets, and dealership events.

Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Qualifications

Minimum: HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.

Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
