BI Data Analytics Professional, SG&A & Technology Finance

Global BI team contribute to business success by driving data-informed decision making across Maersk's functions, platforms, regions, and products to drive financial performance management insights.

This role focuses on implementation/maintenance of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Technology Finance Function within Corporate Finance.

You will be an integrated part of the Global Technology Finance community; where you need to be team oriented, have good communication skills and a passion for technology. You will be working with stakeholders from across the globe at different levels of seniority and you will need to be a strong translator between Technology, Finance and Business.

You will be working with the Product Owner of SG&A and Technology Finance. Your work tasks will include:

• Leading/supporting the design of financial planning & reporting processes in collaboration with a wide range of global stakeholders
• Define & refine Objectives, key results & user stories, ensuring requirements are documented to an adequate level of detail 
• Design and run testing & training programmes  
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with business requirements 
• Sequence implementation of new features in line with BAU requirements 
• Define and deliver acceptance criteria and ‘definition of done’  
• Actively collect, process and action user feedback  
• Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives 

Experience / Qualifications

Ideally you hold a bachelor’s or master’s Degree combining skillsets of Finance and Digital solutions.  Preferably you hold experience with developing and configuring cloud-based financial planning tools and have experience with designing holistic solutions with a strong customer focus.

Furthermore, you have:

• Great analytical skillset, challenger mindset, high drive and focus on personal development.
• Experience with management reporting, financial modelling and forecasting/planning
• You have a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work - all at the same time.
• Strong English skills and can easily adapt to a multi nationality team
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Excellent Microsoft office software skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations
• Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud or other cloud-based financial platforms in large multi-national corporations would be an additional benefit
