SAP BRIM – Assistant Manager

Role Summary

 SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP BRIM modules. This role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, focusing on BRIM related activities including gathering business needs, configuring system settings and understand integration with OTC (Order to Cash / Sales & Distribution )  conducting testing, resolving issues, and training users throughout full-cycle implementations and support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Requirements & Design: collect business requirements, map client processes, identify functional gaps, and design system improvements in the managed services environment.
  • Configuration & Customization: Set up organizational structures, material and vendor master data, purchasing groups, inventory management, and invoice verification processes.
  • Integration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules like FI, CO, SD, and PP.
  • Testing & Documentation: Develop functional specifications and test cases, and carry out unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support & Maintenance: Address and resolve production support issues, provide post-go-live assistance, and manage change requests.
  • Training & Mentoring: Create user manuals, deliver training sessions, and mentor junior consultants.

Required Skills

  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes (such as Procure-to-Pay) and inventory management.
  • Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
