OPEN POSITIONS
Business Development Associate (BDA)
CTC: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Sales / Business Development
Role Highlights:
• Cold calling & lead conversion
• Daily ownership of numbers
• High-pressure, target-driven execution
• Strong focus on closures & revenue
INCENTIVES & APPRAISALS (THE REAL GAME)
At Square Yards, performance is rewarded quarterly — not yearly.
QUARTERLY APPRAISALS
Your growth happens every 3 months based purely on performance:
3 Closures in a Quarter → 10% Salary Hike
6 Closures in a Quarter → 20% Salary Hike
