Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to manage lead generation, client communication, product presentations, demos, and business conversions. The candidate will primarily handle inside sales activities and coordinate client meetings/site visits whenever required.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up on incoming inquiries and leads
  • Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services
  • Conduct online and offline product demonstrations/presentations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects
  • Visit client sites when required for discussions, demonstrations, or project understanding
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with technical/operations teams for smooth client handling
  • Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
