FINTRIC FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS, a trusted partner of Motilal Oswal Financial Services ltd , We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and distribution of financial products including mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, and algorithmic trading solutions. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation and identify potential clients.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new clients (HNI / Retail) for wealth and investment products
- Promote and sell:
- Mutual Funds
- Insurance (Life & Health)
- PMS (Portfolio Management Services)
- AIF (Alternative Investment Funds)
- Algo Trading Products
- Build and manage a network of Referral Associates (RAs) / partners
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field visits
- Conduct client meetings and investment presentations
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Stay updated with market trends and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in:
- Mutual Fund / Insurance / Wealth Management Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Existing client base or network is a plus
- Knowledge of PMS, AIF, and stock market preferred
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred QualificationsGraduate (MBA / Finance preferred)
- Certifications like:
- NISM (Mutual Fund Distributor)
