Designation:
Executive/Sr. Executive / as per URN / (Not
Hiring BDM on Associates Designation)
Job Role:
Respective role to be selected as per the
designation or Frontend and Backend separately
Minimum Educational Qualification:
Graduate or Post Graduate
Min. of 12 months of experience in Sales.
Experience:
1. Associate (0-11M) relevant experience :
Not applicable
2. Executive: 12 months to 2 Yrs relevant Sales experience
3. Sr.
Executive: 2Yrs plus relevant Sales experience.

freshers and non-sales experience to be considered. Preference given to BFSI,
Telcom sales
Job Responsibilities:
•Identify and engage potential customers to
source credit card applications through designated sourcing location, field
visits, referrals, and networking.
• Assess customer needs and recommend the
most suitable credit card products aligned with eligibility and lifestyle
• Meet monthly sourcing targets and
contribute to team goals. Track performance metrics and report progress
regularly.
•Maintain excellent relationship with
customers and stakeholders.
•Ensuring good customer experience - Prompt
solution, accurate information, addressing queries etc.
•Have a good understanding of the Credit card
offering, features, benefits and usage guidelines (detail training will be
provided)
•Use customer reference and network to close
deals
•Ensure all applications are complete,
accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.

• Sourcing location (Bank branches) will be
allocated basis the business requirement and availability.
• Salary Package: Attractive Salary with
monthly incentive
• Executive must report to location/ Office
by 9:45 am or as communicated by Hiring manager.

Executive: Min. 2
years in the same role with targets achieved during the last 2 consecutive
year.
Sr. Executive : Min 3 years of experience in the same role with good performance

Remuneration will be determined based on
industry standard and the candidate’s overall profile for the designation
hired.
