Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Acquisition: Actively source new customers through field visits to corporate offices, retail outlets, malls, and petrol pumps.Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new credit card applications.Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, bank branch staff, and customers to ensure a high-quality lead pipeline.Product Pitching: Explain SBI Card products, benefits, and offers to prospective customers and secure applications.Team Leadership (if applicable): Mentor and guide a team of sales executives/relationship managers to achieve location-wise sales goals.KYC & Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation (KYC) and timely submission of sales reports. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 1–6 years in field sales (loan/credit card experience is preferred).Education: Graduate (MBA preferred) or 12th pass with relevant experience.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills, along with good area knowledge.Age: Generally 18 to 34 years.Work Mode: 6-day working week, typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
