Job Description
· Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, channel partners, market mapping, networking, and client meetings.
· Build and maintain relationships with corporate occupiers, landlords, developers, consultants, IPCs, brokers, investors, and channel partners to strengthen the business pipeline.
· Generate qualified leads for commercial office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use real estate opportunities depending on the company portfolio and mandate structure.
· Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, rental trend analysis, occupancy tracking, and micro-market intelligence to support business strategy and commercial positioning.
· Prepare business presentations, proposals, discussion notes, commercial offers, and pitch documents tailored to client requirements and project objectives.
· Coordinate site visits, client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiation discussions to move opportunities from inquiry stage to closure.
· Support closure of transactions by aligning clients, internal stakeholders, legal, finance, and operations teams on commercials and documentation.
· Maintain accurate pipeline records, meeting updates, lead stages, and forecast reports through CRM tools and internal reporting systems.
· Work closely with marketing, projects, legal, finance, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of mandates and timely client response.
· Represent the company in industry meetings, business forums, broker interactions, and networking events to enhance market visibility and generate opportunities.
· Drive repeat business and relationship continuity through disciplined post-meeting and post-closure engagement.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
· Additional real estate certifications or exposure to commercial leasing, valuation, transactions, or negotiation frameworks will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
· 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, leasing, transactions, sales, or client-facing commercial real estate roles.
· Proven experience in generating business, managing client relationships, and supporting or closing commercial real estate deals.
· Strong understanding of the Pune or Maharashtra commercial real estate market is preferred.
· Experience working with brokers, IPCs, developers, landlords, occupiers, and consultants is desirable.
· Prior exposure to office leasing, retail leasing, industrial leasing, or mandate-driven sales environments will be preferred.

· Strong business development and prospecting capability.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and commercial discussion skills.
· Ability to build long-term stakeholder relationships across multiple external and internal groups.
· Good analytical ability with comfort in market research, reporting, and business tracking.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and business reporting platforms.
· High ownership mindset, target orientation, and execution discipline.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and relationship-driven environment.

The candidate should be confident in field engagement, structured in follow-up, strong in negotiation, and capable of balancing strategic business development with day-to-day execution demands.
