Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational workflows.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles related to materials management.
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Familiarity with change management practices and tools to support process adoption and transformation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
