Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in RCC work and finishing activities. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, and ensuring quality and timely completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishing works
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage site labor, contractors, and material usage efficiently
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams
• Maintain daily site reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards at the site

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction (RCC + finishing work)
• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Basic communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Ability to manage workforce and handle site responsibilities independently
