Experience: We are hiring 1 to 2 years of experience employees, those who worked in the financial Services industry (e.g. portfolio/Investment management firms , Banking sector ,Mutual Fund and Insurance industry)
Salary Expectation: Between: 2.16 Lacs to 2.4 Lacs.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Pune for a Client Acquisition Manager. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and presenting financial service offerings. The responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving business growth. The Client Acquisition Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to execute targeted client engagement campaigns and prepare detailed client proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and yearly business acquisition targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Keen understanding of Financial and Taxation products.
- Proficiency in analysis tools and reporting to assess business opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and understand client financial needs.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in an on-site professional setting.
- A bachelor's degree in finance.
- Prior experience in wealth management or financial services preferred.
