Experience: 2 to 5 Years

• Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
• Drive client retention by building long-term relationships, ensuring high service satisfaction, and proactively addressing client concerns.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities through new client acquisition, lead generation, and market outreach.
• Actively contribute to business development initiatives, including pitching services, client meetings, and conversion of leads into business.
• Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies by understanding client requirements and recommending suitable logistics solutions.
• Maintain and analyse client data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights to improve customer experience and business operations.
• Conduct profitability analysis, sales trend evaluation, and market research to support strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
• Participate in the bidding and proposal process, including requirement analysis, pricing coordination, and ensuring competitive and profitable deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and periodic relationship reviews.
• Handle and guide a small team (if applicable) by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient client servicing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhanced client experience.
• Required Technical & Functional Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English (reading & writing)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong client-handling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven ability in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Must have a smartphone
• Must have a bike and a valid driving license
