Client Seivice & Order Management

·               Day to Day Interaction with Stores for Order Confirmation against daily online orders received

·               Receiving, cross-checking and compiling orders received from customers with 100% accuracy

·               Forwarding correct orders to the Order Processing Team for Order Confirmation and Invoicing

·               Pre-empting Supply and Demand Bottlenecks and timely pre-intimation to Procurement, Finance, Operations and Customers beforehand.

·               Working with internal finance to recovery for outstanding dues from customers

·               Must be able to multi-task and manage high volume of orders on a daily basis (average workload – 100 Orders/Day)

·               Highly analytical nature with strong number crunching ability and business acumen.

·               Pays high attention to detail – is at ease using SAP, MS Excel, making pivot tables and using

·               VLOOKUP functions on Excel.

·               Capable of working in a highly fast paced business environment with the ability to manage conflicts and liaise with cross functional teams.

·               Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills would be ideal.
