Summary:
As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, managing team performance, and ensuring that service delivery metrics are met. You will engage with various teams to foster collaboration and drive quality outcomes, while also focusing on financial management and people development within your team.
