Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

The Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting customers via phone to generate leads, provide information about products/services, and support sales or customer service activities.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Explain products/services and answer queries
  • Generate leads and follow up on prospects
  • Maintain call records and update customer data
  • Handle customer concerns politely and professionally
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
  • RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
  • Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
