Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Deal Management: Oversee the entire closing process, from contract execution to final payment collection.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and verify all closing documents (agreements, title reports) ensuring compliance with RERA and legal regulations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, agents, developers, financial institutions, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Actively resolve last-mile hurdles, such as funding issues, documentation discrepancies, or buyer/seller disputes.
  • Financial Handling: Coordinate with banks and internal teams for timely payment disbursements, earnest money deposits, and final, payouts.
  • Sales Conversion: Focus on maximizing lead-to-closing conversion rates and delivering on monthly sales targets
