Job Description

Experience: 2–5 Years


Key Responsibilities:

• CNC turning machine operation and on-machine programming

• Machine setup, tooling and jaw selection

• Work on Fanuc control

• Tool offset setting and drawing interpretation

• Shift-based production with consistent quality

• In-process quality checks using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge

• Basic knowledge of CNC maintenance

• Follow quality inspection and SPC basics

• Focus on productivity and scrap reduction


Skills Required:


• CNC Turning programming & setup

• Fanuc CNC control

• Measuring instruments

• Quality-oriented and production focuse
