About You
In this Professional role, you’ll focus on supporting accurate and compliant intercompany accounting activities while partnering with Global Business Services and internal stakeholders. You’ll contribute to timely execution of routine transactions, reporting, and issue resolution that supports Kimberly‑Clark’s financial integrity and control environment. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

Role Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
Manage ongoing communication with customers and internal stakeholders to support timely resolution of collections‑related matters.
Perform reconciliation of deposit payments and manage credit note processes accurately and efficiently.
Initiate, track, and resolve disputes, including managing customer portals and supporting the end‑to‑end outstanding balance resolution process.
Support internal and external audits by providing timely, accurate documentation and responses.
Lead, support, and track continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen collections processes, controls, and efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance.
Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, internal controls, or related financial areas.
Ability to work a 9‑hour shift schedule, including late‑night shifts.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and relevant control frameworks, including CFIs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
