Fresh Macros is a fast-growing corporate catering and healthy meal brand based in Pune. We specialize in high-quality, hygienic, and nutritious meals for corporate clients and large-scale events.

We are expanding our corporate canteen operations and looking for disciplined, hardworking, and professional team members.

• Cook / Commis (Veg)
• Kitchen Helper
• Service Staff / Counter Staff

Key Responsibilities

For Cook / Commis

• Prepare Indian veg breakfast, lunch, and snack items (poha, upma, sabzi, dal, rice, roti, etc.)
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
• Ensure fast production for bulk meals (100–500 pax)
• Follow SOPs and recipes strictly
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in cooking area

For Kitchen Helpers

• Assist in cutting, cleaning, and basic food prep
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times
• Wash utensils and manage kitchen organization
• Support cooks during peak hours

For Service / Counter Staff

• Serve food quickly and neatly to customers
• Handle customer interaction professionally
• Manage billing (if required)
• Keep serving area clean and organized

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel, catering, or canteen preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Discipline and punctuality are non-negotiable
• Basic hygiene understanding is mandatory
• Team player with a positive attitude

Work Details

• Location: Pune (Hinjewadi / Baner / Corporate Sites)
• Shift: Full-time (Morning to Evening)
• Weekly off: 1 day
• Meals provided

Salary

• Based on experience and role (₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month)
