Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-centric Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our business and our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement. You will manage customer data, execute relationship-building strategies, and resolve queries efficiently to foster long-term loyalty.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and new customers.
• Data Administration: Regularly update, maintain, and segment the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Query Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, grievances, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Retention Strategies: Implement customer retention campaigns, follow up on inactive accounts, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze customer interactions and data to generate weekly/monthly reports on customer satisfaction metrics and system performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to align customer outreach strategies and improve the overall user experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 year of proven experience in a CRM, Customer Support, or Client Relationship role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the language.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, patience, and a knack for conflict resolution.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)
• Job Type: Full-time
