- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools related to mobile testing environments.
- Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems and application lifecycle management.
- Ability to design and execute automated test cases to ensure software quality and performance.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in mobile app development.
- Understanding of debugging and troubleshooting techniques specific to mobile applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
