📢 WE ARE HIRING


Customer Relationship Executive (Female)


📍 Location: Pune


💼 Experience: Fresher / 0-2 Years


🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate


💰 Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹15,000 + Incentives


⏰ Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM


📅 Weekly Off: Sunday


Job Responsibilities


✅ Calling customers from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial & other lead sources


✅ Follow-up on inquiries and business leads


✅ Handling delivery, dispatch & installation-related customer queries


✅ Managing after-sales service and customer complaints


✅ Maintaining customer records and follow-ups


Skills Required


✔ Good communication skills


✔ Basic computer knowledge


✔ Marathi, Hindi & Basic English


✔ Customer handling & coordination skills
