What would you do? We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.

Experience – 1-3 years in US retirement domain preferred ? Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Non-technical graduates / post-graduates preferred) ? Open core Night shifts based on business requirements ? Good verbal & written communication skills ? Good MS Office & typing skills with attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently ? Good typing skills and attention to detail ? Time management skills
Roles and Responsibilities: •? Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality. ? Complies with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalates issues to the management. ? Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying the same with minimum response time. ? Money Out processes such as Inservice withdrawal, Survivor benefit, Immediate Annuity, Deferred Annuity, Hardship withdrawal determination and payments, Rollover out, Lump Sum Distribution, Required Minimum Distributions, Complex Distributions, Loan payoff and child support ? Working as per process documentation, SOPs, Job-aids, capturing exceptions, process flow, process maps and NIGO rules ? Taking active participation in process improvements and automation. ? Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to. ? Adherence to client SLAs ? Identify potential areas that require additional controls ? Excellent organizational skills with ability identify and prioritize high value transactions. ? Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
