Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Company: JDAC Logistic

Location: KPCT Mall, Wanowrie, Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday Off)


What You Will Do

  • Follow up with leads to drive conversions and hit revenue targets.
  • Guide candidates through seamless app/portal onboarding.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support.


What We Need

  • 1–3 years of experience (Customer Success).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • A highly target-oriented mindset.
