Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal departments for quick problem resolution
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Patience and positive attitude

Educational Qualification:Any Graduate / Undergraduate

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience:1–3 years of experience in customer service / BPO / call center
