About the RoleWe are hiring for our IO Redressal Queue, a specialized customer service process that manages high-level financial escalations, customer grievances, and complex dispute resolutions. This role requires professionals with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to handle sensitive customer interactions with accuracy and professionalism.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer grievances through voice and email support.
• Resolve complex financial and service-related disputes within defined TATs.
• Draft clear, professional, and customer-centric email responses.
• Manage escalations related to financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity metrics.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced professional email drafting skills.
• Strong customer handling and grievance resolution abilities.
• Ability to understand and explain financial concepts effectively.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates with prior exposure to any of the following will be preferred:

• Financial services, BFSI or NBFC industry.
• EMI and interest calculations.
• Financial dispute handling.
• RBI or regulatory escalation management.
• Customer complaint resolution processes.
