As a Data Migration Engineer, a typical day involves managing the entire data migration process by carefully extracting data from source systems, transforming it to meet the requirements of the target environment, and loading it accurately. The role includes building and executing migration scripts, monitoring the migration workflow, and validating the results to ensure data integrity and consistency. Collaboration with various teams to align migration activities with project goals and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the migration process are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and migration objectives.
- Document migration processes and maintain clear records of data transformations and validations.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support during migration tasks.
- Continuously monitor and optimize migration workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Looker Studio.
- Experience in designing and executing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Strong analytical skills to validate data quality and consistency throughout migration.
- Ability to develop and troubleshoot migration scripts and automation tools.
- Familiarity with data validation techniques and error handling during migration.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Looker Studio.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
