Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will handle social media, digital campaigns and creatives for our real estate mandate projects. The role combines digital marketing execution with basic graphic designing for online branding and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing paid campaigns Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive high quality leads.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL (Cost per Lead), conversions, and lead quality and ROAS
• Create, test, and optimize landing pages to enhance campaign performance
• Track and analyse campaign data using Google Analytics and other tools
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Increase reach, engagement, and overall brand visibility across platforms
• Create and publish engaging content including posts, reels, and marketing campaigns
• Continuously analyse performance metrics and optimize content accordingly 
• Shoot on-site content for projects, campaigns, and brand promotions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 year of experience in digital marketing / social media / creative design (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Hands‑on experience with Canva; knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand project details and convert them into visuals.

Education:

• Any Graduate
• Certification or course in Digital Marketing / Graphic Design / Multimedia is an added advantage.

Compensation:

Salary: As per industry standards for entry‑level to mid‑level digital marketing/creative roles in real estate also negotiable in nature.
