Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Baner

Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing


Job Summary: Support the digital marketing team in daily campaign execution, reporting, creative coordination, and lead-quality tracking across Meta, WhatsApp, and social platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily monitoring of live campaigns (Meta/Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp leads).
  • Update daily performance reports in Google Sheets (spend, leads, CPL, remarks).
  • Support ad operations under guidance: Upload creatives, check approvals/rejections, Help with basic ad copies (primary text, headlines).
  • Coordinate with the creative team: Share creative requirements
  • Track lead-quality feedback from the calling team and share insights with the manager.
  • Ensure leads are flowing correctly to WhatsApp/CRM/Sheets. Maintain campaign documentation, UTMs, and tracking sheets.
  • Support basic social tasks if assigned: Captions, hashtags, scheduling, comment/DM routing.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools


Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in digital marketing, social media, or related role
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Good communication and content creation skills
  • Target-driven, creative, and able to work independently
