Job Description

Position : Education/Admission Counsellor

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Pune

Joining: Immediate to 15 days


Key Responsibilities:


Guide students in choosing the right career-oriented course

Handle leads, follow-ups, and walk-in inquiries

Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling

Explain course structure, career scope, and placement support

Maintain lead and admission records

Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation

Achieve monthly admission targets

Support seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions


Required Skills:


2–4 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or inside sales

Strong communication and convincing skills

Student-focused and target-oriented approach

Experience in training institutes or EdTech preferred

Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred
