Project Role : Enterprise Platform AdvisorProject Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to optimize team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Experience with supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and their integration with procurement functions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procurement.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
