Experience Required:

Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Tele Calling / Loan Process / Financial Services Industry

Probation Period:

First 3 Months will be on Probation

Job Responsibilities:

• Calling cold calling data, Meta leads, Just Dial leads, and other generated leads on daily basis
• Explaining personal loan , business loan , home loan , project loan products and services to customers
• Generating interested prospects and converting leads into file submissions
• Following up regularly with customers till final conversion
• Maintaining daily call records and lead updates
• Coordinating with internal sales and operations team for smooth file processing
• Building good customer relationships and maintaining professional communication
• Achieving monthly targets and maintaining conversion ratio

Daily Calling Requirement:

• Minimum 120 calls per day mandatory

Monthly Target:

• Minimum 20 loan files to be completed every month

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Basic knowledge of Email handling and internet usage
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Good follow-up and customer handling skills

Salary Structure:

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentive Structure based on performance and file conversion

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Personal Loan / Banking / Finance sector will be preferred
• Candidate should be disciplined, confident, and result-oriented
• Strong telecalling and lead conversion ability is required

Note - Performance will be strictly monitored on daily calling, follow-ups, lead conversion ratio, and monthly target achievement. Candidates with strong performance and consistent results will have higher growth and incentive opportunities within the organization.
