Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer queries.
- Explain products, services, and offers clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, or sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
