Factory Worker

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Worker to join our printing production team. The candidate will assist in the manufacturing and printing of mouse pads, t-shirts, bottles, and other customized products. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. Candidates should be willing to learn, follow instructions, and maintain product quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Operate and assist with printing machines and heat press equipment.
• Prepare products for printing, including mouse pads, t-shirts, bottles, and other customized items.
• Perform product quality checks before packaging and dispatch.
• Pack finished products safely and accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and handling materials.
• Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Report machine issues or production defects to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Requirements: Minimum education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in printing, manufacturing, or factory work is an advantage but not mandatory.
