Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Engineer to promote and sell construction chemical products, tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, and related solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, conducting site visits, providing technical product recommendations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market development.
• Identify and develop customers including builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and applicators.
• Promote construction chemical products, tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing systems, repair products, sealants, and industrial flooring solutions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.

• Technical Support
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with the technical/application team for product trials and successful executions.
• Resolve customer technical queries in coordination with manufacturers.

• Site & Project Management
• Visit construction sites regularly to monitor ongoing projects.
• Track upcoming projects and identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with project managers, site engineers, purchase teams, and consultants.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials by coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams.

• Customer Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with key customers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to generate repeat business.

Travel Requirement

• Extensive field travel within the assigned territory.
