Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, explaining our financial and loan products, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and business locations to generate new leads.
- Promote the company's financial and loan services.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Coordinate with the processing team for loan applications.
- Follow up with customers until the loan process is completed.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience0–1 years in Field Sales, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, or DSA Sales.
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
