Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full Time
Open Positions: 4
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit offices of builders, mandate holders, and channel partners across Pune
- Explain the features, USPs, and business benefits of Iconic Options
- Collect and document project-related information from clients
- Assist clients in completing onboarding formalities on the company website
- Ensure accurate self-data validation and profile completion
- Build strong professional relationships with prospective partners
- Achieve onboarding and subscription sales targets within assigned timelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, real estate sales, channel sales, or business development
- Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field visits and client interactions
- Basic knowledge of online data entry and CRM/web platforms preferred
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Experience in real estate, property portals, channel partner networks, or B2B sales will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines
